Ep. 69 | The Potent Work I’ve Been Creating Behind the Scenes (Finally Revealed)
EPISODE TRANSCRIPT
Hey, gorgeous humans. Welcome back to another episode. The day is here. I have been. So excited to do this episode with you because this is basically me explaining what the crap I've been creating behind the scenes that I am just so stoked to bring to you. And I've had questions about it and I was like, you know what?
We need to do a whole episode explaining what the crap I've created what it's for, who it's for, how it's different, how it can help you. And I've been teasing it on social media, especially on Instagram, on my Holy Wild Instagram account. So today's the day we're going to get straight into all the juiciness that is calibrated as fuck.
This is my one-on-one container that I've created. It's powerful
and I actually just wanna say off the bat, I only have the capacity for five people. This is not one of those marketing scams where they're like, yeah, I only have room for five people, but really they can take on 15. No, I am actually only taking on clients two days [00:01:00] a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays currently.
I may in the near future, add on a Thursday as well, but as of right now, I only take clients two days a week for a couple of reasons. One, I am a mom to a younger girl, so I have my beautiful daughter. I'm a stay at home mom, so she's with me all the other days. Those two days, she's being cared for.
So I'm able to take on clients. So it's not a lie, it's not a marketing scam. I can only take on about five people at the moment 'cause I also do spinal energetic sessions and I wanna keep room to be able to take onspinal energetics, clients as well. But also because this is high level, high level work that you do with me one-on-one.
And it is potent work and in my belief. I only wanna take on a certain amount of clients, and that way the work also stays potent because I'm also taking care of myself. You know, this is the type of work that you don't just, show up. Half asked me as the person leading these sessions, I don't just show up, half arsed.
My energy. I really do take a lot of care with my [00:02:00] energy. I take a lot of care with what I consume, with who I hang out with, with what I put into my body, with my exercise routine. Like I really do take a lot of care of my health in general, and that is physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, so from an energetic level as well.
So yeah, when I say I have room for five people, I'm not bullshitting you. This is literally the truth. And. Three people get it half price, right? The first three that move, get it half price. And that is just my way of blessing you and being like, go, you legend. Go you. So I've got some dot points on my phone here and I really wanna get into it.
What the crap is calibrated as fuck, who's it for? How is it different from anything else out there or from anything else that you've tried before? And I also wanna give some feedback from past clients that I've worked with before, but also I wanna show what a session of spinal energetics looks like.
I'm gonna get my phone up to the screen and actually show you, because that in itself can be quite polarizing. We'll get into it though. So first of all, what is calibrated as fuck Off the bat, it is 12 [00:03:00] weeks, one-on-one with me. 12 weeks you are with me via Zoom. So this is open to men and women worldwide. Obviously there's a time zone. I'm in Perth, Western Australia. So anyone that books in, when you book in, by the way, it's by application only.
I don't just work with anybody and this will become more apparent as I go through what I'm about to say. But when someone books in, you can choose it in your time zone, I believe. But um, yeah, so obviously if you're in different parts of the world, it will be in a different time zone than what, than what I am in in Perth, Western Australia.
But it is 12 weeks one-on-one. You literally see me via Zoom weekly for 12 weeks. This is not just a, oh, we'll, we'll have a chat and see what happens. No, it is structured like I have a, like I am very deliberate, very deliberate with how I've actually created this. And what I've actually done is taken all of the best bits from all the different modalities that I've trained in and from my own life experience, the things that have helped me with my own nervous system.
And with my own energy capacity [00:04:00] and with my health, with my mental health, emotional, physical, everything, right? Everything that I think was the absolute best for me and that I loved. In everything that I've trained in, I've combined it into a one-on-one container. I call it. It's technically not coaching, although coaching is a part of it.
It's not a program. It's not a course. It is one-on-one with me. So that's off the bat. It's 12 weeks. But first of all, I wanna get into who is it for? As I said, this is not for everybody, right? My podcast controversial as fuck is not for everybody.
If you listen to controversial as Fuck and you like it, if you watch me on YouTube and you like it, you are likely the person that calibrated as fuck is also for, I'm here for self-led individuals. Now, what does that mean? I am not here for someone that just needs handholding through life all the time.
Let me bring a bit of nuance to this though. I'm not suggesting that you have to be this tough nut exterior, like that's not what I'm about. There's a lot of [00:05:00] vulnerability in this work. You don't have to put on a facade as though you, you're tough and you're strong and you don't need anyone that that is literally.
The opposite of what this work is about. This is actually gonna help to get underneath all of that and why we we have that facade or why we have that need to feel like we have to show that. So that's not what this is about, but I'm not here for people who just want to circle in life stories over and over again.
Marinate in them, cook themselves in them, and blame everything external to themselves for the rest of eternity. So when I say self-led, I mean someone who's got some get up and go in them. Someone who's got the ability to actually move forward in life. Even in the face of fear, even in the face of challenges, even in the face of adversity.
You can get up and you can go, you can push yourself through hard times, right? Someone who, like for instance, in a coaching capacity, if someone used the word self-led, someone that doesn't need to be told 24 7 what to do. You are already [00:06:00] taking charge of your life. You're already doing all of the right things to help yourself. It's also for the people who have likely tried a lot of things, but they're not quite getting to the root cause. So what do I mean by that? You're already doing awesome things that are helping you, for instance. You might be the type of person who already looks after your, your health already takes care of, you know, your physical health, so maybe you train, you exercise, you lift weights, you do Pilates, you whatever it is, right? You take care of your health. You don't need someone to remind you to do that. Just like you don't need someone to remind you to clean your teeth, right?
You take care of your health because you love yourself, because you want the best for yourself. You likely also take care of your diet. Now, I'm not suggesting you have to follow a particular diet. I'm not a diet coach, I'm not a nutritionist. That's not what this is about. But what I'm saying is part of being self-led is you lead yourself in your life and you do what it takes to take care of yourself.
So that might be. You know, trialing Often what I have found is people that come to [00:07:00] me for any type of help in getting to the root cause, like with past clients, they are already doing all the right things with their diet and with their exercise. Like maybe they've tried, you know, paleo or they've tried the keto diet or they've tried, they can't of way, or maybe they don't follow any particular diet, but they, they nourish themselves with good food.
Majority of the time. Maybe they're the type that, maybe you are the type that has done ice baths or meditates or has tried it, or you, have a routine of like training and saunas and ice baths.
Maybe you're the type that's tried breath work or you're the type that has been to therapy has been to talk therapy like you're doing things. To try to get to the root core issue of what you're facing in your life. We're about to get into what that might be. You likely have a strong mindset. You likely have hired coaches before and have worked on your mindset, or you've had, you know, life [00:08:00] coaches or mindset coaches, or again, therapy.
You've been to therapy. You likely are the type that doesn't wanna be told to slow down. I found this to be very common with my clients, and I know this to be the truth with myself. I don't want to be told to slow down and that's not what this is about. Like one of the worst things I could say to you, 'cause this all comes down to nervous system work.
One of the worst things I could say to you is, oh, you just need to sit still. It's like F off or you just need to breathe more. It's like, yeah, as if we haven't already tried that. Right. Or if someone says, you just need to meditate every day. Of course, meditation's awesome. I'm a big supporter and advocate of meditating, but I.
When your nervous system feels like it's fried, when you feel like you're a pressure cooker about to explode and you don't know why, nothing's making sense in your life. Being told to just breathe is so condescending or being told you just need to slow down can be really condescending. And it comes from people that don't understand you.
They don't understand your makeup, they don't understand how your system is wired and how you work. And I am not here to tell you, [00:09:00] you just need to slow down. Instead. What I am saying is, and why I've created calibrated as fuck is when you do slow down, when you do have times of rest, can you handle it?
That's what I want to know. It's not, you need to slow down more. It's not, you need to rest more. It's when you do, can you actually handle it? 'cause if you can't, there's a reason. There's something underneath that that cannot be addressed. Through diet, breath work, meditation alone. There's something that has to get to the root cause and that's what I'm all about.
You likely, as I've mentioned before, you're doing all the right things. You don't like circling the same stories. This is a big one over and over and over. Sure. Maybe you've tried talk therapy or maybe you see a therapist or a counselor at the moment, but you feel like you've exhausted everything that you possibly can from just talking about the past.
Right? Maybe the talking aspect has gotten you so far. 'cause I'm not shitting on talk therapy. But maybe it's gotten to a point where you're like, it's still not getting to the root cause. Maybe you are also the type that people say, you make it [00:10:00] look easy. Whatever it is that you're doing in life, you just make it look so easy, so effortless with you.
You're so like, you're so good at everything that you do, and you handle chaos so well. You're lucky the person that you thrive in, challenges you thrive in. Adversity. You thrive in chaos. I know this to be true for myself. This is why I created calibrated as fuck, you know, to bring into my past into an ex-police officer.
I thrive. In chaotic environments, I thrive in adversity. I can be so stoic and so calm in the face of fear and in the face of chaos and in the face of just like hot mess. I can. But one of the things that I learned was that then I couldn't thrive in stillness. I couldn't thrive when things were calm. It was almost like I needed that chaos.
I needed that, like that, that anxiousness and that that craziness of life for me to be like, okay, I am calm again. It was a nervous system thing. So I'm not telling you that there's something wrong with you if you thrive in chaos. I'm [00:11:00] saying the opposite. You're a legend, right? I think you're an absolute legend.
We need people in this world who thrive in chaos. That's why we have first responders. That's why we have, you know, doctors and nurses, and police officers, and firemen and women, and we have ambulance officers and all the different things, right? They have to thrive in chaos Otherwise. If they don't, when shit hits the fan in, in their job, right?
We are the ones that suffer If we call a police officer because something crazy is happening and then the police officer arrives and they have a mental breakdown in front of everyone, we suffer, right? So we need people in this world who thriving chaos. So I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but I'm saying is, is it balanced with where you can also thrive in stillness?
When you can thrive in silence? Can you also thrive when things are calm in life? 'cause if not, it is a, it's a. Uh, nervous system, recalibration that is needed, which is why I created calibrated as fuck. So this is for [00:12:00] people in all different walks of life. You don't just have to be, like, for instance, I often speak to people who are business owners.
You don't have to be a business owner. Okay? I have worked with previously people who are, uh, ex correctional officers. I have worked with nurses, I've worked with hairdressers with parents, I've worked with an investor. Someone who invested large amounts of money. I've worked with coaches, I have worked with business coaches.
I've also worked with, oh my gosh, I'm drawing a blank. I've had so many clients, uh, service-based businesses.you get the picture, all different walks of life. There's so many that I'm forgetting. But what I'm saying is you could be like a founder. You could have a business, you could be a founder of some massive big business, or you could have a, a new business, right?
You could be a first responder. You could be an executive, be in a corporate kind of role. You could be an investor, a coach, an entrepreneur. You could be a medic, an athlete, a career driven powerhouse. You could be a parent, right? So it's not what your role is that I'm [00:13:00] focused on. It's more of your makeup as a human being.
This is why I said I don't wanna just work with everybody, and that's not to dismiss other people. But I am not here for people, as I said before, who just wanna circle in the bullshit and stay in it. Who actually want. To live in a victim mentality. I, I'm not here for that individual. They, they just wouldn't be drawn to my work. They wouldn't be drawn to controversial as fuck. They wouldn't be drawn to any of my content. Like they just wouldn't be drawn to me. If you're still listening, you're obviously drawn to me and my work for some particular reason, you likely fix, fit this mold.
What I wanna say is, okay, we've gone over your makeup, who you are as a human being, how you likely thrive, and maybe where you struggle more is. You likely stay wired. This is what I wanna talk about. What are the symptoms that you likely feel in your life you can possibly be quite fidgety? Quite restless, quite nervous.
Almost like anxiousness. You may have anxiety, you may not like. Whether you label it as that or you don't. Some clients have never said to me, oh, I have [00:14:00] anxiety. Right? They may not use that language. In fact, most probably, probably wouldn't use that language 'cause they don't like labeling things. But they may say to me, oh.
When, when I am doing nothing, I feel so anxious. I feel so nervous as if like something bad is about to happen. Or they'll say it's like they're waiting for something to break or they're waiting to get a bad call, or they're waiting to get, uh, an email from a client that's gonna be like disastrous as if like, they're just anxious.
They're so nervous. They thrive in the chaos. They thrive in the hustle. They thrive when life is chaotic. But as soon as things get still, they're like anxious and nervous. They likely don't like silence and stillness. They probably feel like, and if this is you, you probably feel like when was the last time I actually took a deep breath?
Like a like one that actually got down into my belly? That was a shit example of a breath, by the way. But you get what I mean? Not those shallow breaths. We all can shallow breath, but [00:15:00] can we deep breathe? You likely have reached success, and I kind of despise that word success 'cause it's been hijacked.
I'm not talking about just success on a material plane, although it may look like that. So maybe you have a business that's thriving, maybe you have a beautiful home and you've got money in the bank, or you've got investments. Maybe your career has just exploded and you just keep getting like pay rise after pay rise, Or you just keep going up different levels, like maybe it's a corporate career that you've had and over years, you just keep rising, rising, rising. You keep getting bonuses and I can't think of the word, where you get, you go up the levels, whatever it is, in a corporate job. Maybe you have success on the material plane.
Maybe you have success in your, in your relationships, or maybe you have success at home, or you know, some area of your life where people look at you and you're like, oh, you're doing so well. Maybe on the outside you look like perfection. Maybe. I don't know. I don't think I do. But maybe you do, but you can't help wonder when are you going to lose it all [00:16:00] or would you even care?
Here's the thing, if you feel anxious and nervous a lot, or you feel like a bomb's about to go off, one of the words that I've had a client use before it was a male was he feels like. A pressure cooker that's about to explode, and you think about it, you're doing all the right, all the so-called right things.
You're taking care of your health. So you're doing all the things that look like they should be helping, and they are awesome for you.
I'm not putting them down. These are all things that are adding to your health and to your life. But you're like, I shouldn't, and this is a word I hear a lot. I shouldn't feel this way. It makes no sense. Nothing is addressing this anxious feeling, this nervous feeling, this feeling like the, the penny's about to drop this feeling of like, I can't breathe properly, or it's all just getting too much.
For me, just to give an example, I couldn't be still, like I, it was unnerving for me to not to be constantly on the go and doing, even if people were visiting my [00:17:00] house, even if I had family visiting my house, I'd be cleaning the kitchen constantly. 'cause just sitting felt unnerving. I constantly had to be doing.
It was like I couldn't be present in my body. And it was like, I don't know why. Like I take so much care of my help. I don't know why. I don't know why I thrive so well in chaos, like as a police officer. I've had weapons pulled like, and I would be calm and like stoic and strong and I thrived. But then I got home and there's silence and it's like, oh my God, I've gotta be doing something.
I've gotta be like, I can't be silent. Like it didn't make sense. This is why I've created this one-on-one work. This is why I have studied all the modalities that I've studied from root cause therapy to embodied processing, which is another like trauma-based, uh, work. I highly recommend both of those modalities, energy medicine through incredible mentors, two mentors that have coached me and mentored me from a [00:18:00] shamanistic based approach.
Uh, spinal energetics, which I'm about to get into, like all these different modalities. Coaching. I'm an ex-police officers. I've mentioned, I've done trauma training, like all of this has added to my life, and I've, as I've said, I've combined it all to make it. The most potent experience for clients that I know like this is not, I hope people get results.
I f-ing No, because I've actually done this work with clients before, like single modalities and now I've combined them. It's the most potent thing I truly believe you can do for your nervous system. You do not have a mindset issue. You do not have a discipline issue. Let me make this clear. It's a nervous system issue.
So I just wanna talk about what I mean by recalibration, because at the moment you're at full capacity. If any of this has resonated, it doesn't have to be everything that I've said.
It could be one thing, right? Or it could be all of the things. I think I was in camp of all of the things. To be honest, and now I'm not. So this is potent, potent work, but [00:19:00] you're at capacity,And what I mean by that is you have your nervous system, right? And maybe it's things from our past, from our childhood, right? Childhood obviously gets talked about a lot in the nervous system or the trauma based space, but for good reason, there are things that we face that maybe were too fast, too soon as a child or as a teenager, and our nervous system.
Went into protective mode, right? To protect us. It's an innate intelligence in us. It protected us. It did the best thing that it was meant to do. It was not a bad thing, but that trauma loop, or I hate to use the word trauma, but that cycle, that stress cycle, that stress response never got to come to full completion.
And what happens is that stays alive in our nervous system, even if mentally, Consciously, we're like, I'm over it. It's all in the past. It's all done. I'm fine. Our body did not get That memo, our body did not get to actually close that on a nervous system level. And on an energetic level, this is why I come at it from body based [00:20:00] and energy based.
It's mind, body, soul, energy. It's everything into one because that is what gives the best results. So we can face things in our childhood, in our teenage years, or it could be current in our life currently. Where it was too much for our body. It was too much for our system, and it went into protective mode.
But our body never got taught. It's okay, now it's safe. Now you can stand down. That's what it's like. You can stand down. So then what happens is our nervous system is at full capacity. So then things that normally wouldn't possibly trigger us, things that normally wouldn't possibly affect us in the way that they are now are affecting us because we're at full capacity.
This is where you can see someone who could have a small conversation with someone and get so highly triggered by something that you'd be like, whoa, where did that come from? It's probably not to do with the conversation. It's the fact that their nervous system. Is at full capacity, and that was just the little cherry that's on [00:21:00] top.
And this is where you can see, I'm gonna give an example from like a business owner perspective, maybe someone who's on social media, et cetera. Just to, to give you an actual example where a lot of people think they have a strategy problem and they need to go to a coach. To help them with their strategy
And this could be where, someone likely can change up their, like their content strategy constantly or maybe their post. A piece of content is, let's say Instagram, and hours later, they quickly delete it 'cause it didn't get the reaction that they were hoping for
This is just one example. Their nervous system is likely not feeling safe in the stillness and in the waitingthey nervous system doesn't feel safe and isn't calibrated. For waiting, for, waiting for the results, for, for waiting for it to land. And instead they go from plan to plan. They go from strategy to strategy. It's a calibration issue. It's a nervous system issue. Another small example is where you have, you know, let's say it's a coach online who doesn't want to keep repeating the same [00:22:00] message over and over and over in their content. 'cause they feel like they're. They're just gonna be pissing people off, or people are gonna like roll their eyes at them and be like, oh, she's saying the same thing all the time.
This is so boring. This is the language that goes on in their head when really their nervous system doesn't feel safe at the thought of rejection or at the thought of not being palatable is another one. So in a way, it's like they're trying to earn love. From their audience or from their clients instead of their nervous system. Just feeling, feeling safe in the fact that, look, this is who I am. This is how I show up. This is how I run my business. You either love it or you hate it, and you get to decide as a client, right?
This can show up in so many different ways, right? This is just one example from like a business online, social media perspective. Whatever it is. Our nervous system feels wide. It feels like it can't rest. It feels like it. It's not safe. And this is why I said before, you likely thriving, chaos, but maybe not so much in stillness. Maybe not so much. When the world gets quiet. That's probably likely when states of anxiousness, nervousness, high stress, feel like it's [00:23:00] starting to choke.
Hold you. You are at full capacity and all it is like honestly, it's, it's a nervous system, recalibration that is needed. It is teaching your body, it's okay. It is safe Now, the past is in the past. The past events do not have to still be living alive in your system. Now, this is where you can have people with physical a ailments, but no explanation.
Like I've had this with clients where they've got. Unexplained pains, unexplained diagnosis, that nothing shows up in their blood work. Nothing shows up on scans and it's like, why? Well, possibly, and I would say most likely it's actually a nervous system issue that's from things from the past that are still very much alive in the system.
And what can happen is it shows on the physical layer. Last, it comes through from a spiritual, like energetic level. First it comes through emotional, mental, and you've got physical. Physical is the last layer. By the time it gets to physical, [00:24:00] whether consciously or not, we have not listened to the cues that we have gotten within our body from all the other layers.
First. And I'll give you an example. So one of the common things that you hear with women is polycystic ovarian syndrome. This is something I was diagnosed with at age 16. It's a hormonal, like a regular hormonal issue. Uh, it can affect a woman's periods like getting a periods regularly. It can affect the cycle.
It can come with easy weight gain or with some, it's actually the opposite. It's being underweight, but most is weight gain. It can come with like extra hair on like arms and legs and on your body because again, your hormones are out of whack. So a woman can have more testosterone and less estrogen.
So I was diagnosed with this 16. What tends to happen, and again, I'm not putting down the medical field, they have their place, but what tends to happen if you present, like let's say as a teenager, as a young woman. To a doctor surgery because of different symptoms that you're going through and they say, okay, let's check your ovaries.
Let's do a blood test. Oh, you've got polycystic ovaries. Maybe you've got some actual cysts on your [00:25:00] ovaries, some don't, but it's still polycystic ovaries. They will likely put you on the contraceptive pill to regulate your hormones even and to regulate your period, even though technically it doesn't actually regulate your period.
That's a withdrawal bleed each month. But that's a whole different story. You maybe even put on a drug like metformin. Was one that I was put on at age 16 that I took for like two weeks and was like, no, I'm not doing this. Because they may say to you that you are pre-diabetic. That's another thing. They may also say, oh look, you may struggle to have children.
Right? There's so many different things, but often the root cause is not addressed, that it's just symptom managing. And you've also told you likely have this for life. It is irreversible. Well, guess what? I don't have any symptoms in my body. I do not have PCOS after struggling with it for a very, very long time.
I'm also a mother. I was told I would struggle to have children, but at the root cause, this is often not addressed. I'm not saying this is every case, but it is becoming quite a pandemic in women at the root cause, on an emotional and [00:26:00] energetic level is something quite different. One of the things that I would want to know is.
At what time in your life did you feel like you had to armor up and be the strong one? Maybe for the family, maybe for the other siblings, maybe for your mother or your father or your caregiver. At what point in your life did you feel like it wasn't safe to be more feminine and it was safer to be more in your masculine as a woman?
Right? At what point were you the one that had to step in and maybe take on a mothering role? Maybe you had to be the caregiver for a parent, and often it is the mother, right? It, it comes down through the mother, the mother line in the family. Not always, by the way, not every single woman with PCOS has gone through this.
I'm not suggesting that, but at some point in your life, you felt like you had to almost man up. You, you had to be the strong one. You were likely the one that is known as the strong one, the strong individual. The strong woman, [00:27:00] and it's because at at some point in your life, it was out of necessity. This is not addressed right, but it's stored in the body where it was safer to be hardened.
It was safer to be the strong one. You got recognition, you got respect for being strong. You didn't for being soft. And so at some point your body was taught and your body understood the message of we are strong and we have to armor up. We have to be the hard one. Or the ex, the, the one that can handle chaos very, very well.
This is often at the root cause of polycystic ovarian syndrome. It presents as a physical issue, but it is often stemmed from an energetic and an emotional and a mental, uh, root cause. So how is this different from everything out there? So as I said, I've combined all different modalities.
This gets to the root cause. it's structured over 12 weeks. So for the first week, we go through quite in depth. I will really get to know you and I'm gonna ask [00:28:00] multiple questions. This is not to go over all your past, we, we are not gonna go over all of your past history, all of your life story.
It's not about that, but just to, to, we are going to actually be tracking things over the 12 weeks. So if I say a particular emotion, how would you rate that right now in your life? How is your sleep? How is your health? How is this, how is that? We, we want data from you. And then this incorporates timeline therapy, right?
Which is powerful Timeline therapy. I don't do it as a way to get a client to spiral In the past it's very precision. It's very like get in, get out, like extract it at the root cause. I have had, I'm going to share some testimonials. I have had clients that have gone to the things, memories, stored things in their bodies from childhood, from teen, some, it's in utero actually.
I had a male client. It's happened with more than one client, but a particular male client who was taken back to being in the womb in his mother and the root cause of, [00:29:00] of why he was feeling so anxious, like high, high levels of anxiety, even though he was. A weapon in his health. And he was taking incredible care of his mental, physical, emotional health.
Like all the things he was taken back to being in the womb, uh, with his, in his mother. And we weren't in that memory for very long. It wasn't a conscious memory. It was one stored in his body and the profound impact that that had on his life and his anxiety levels and his stress levels and his emotional health.
Was insane. Right? Insane. 'cause the body remembers what the mind no longer does. Some have even been taken to past lives. I just wanna address this now because some have been taken to past lives. Some, it's just this life, but it's wherever. And I actually ask your body because it's all led by your body. Now go to the time and place where you most need healing, where you most need recalibration, and it does, your body takes us there. It also incorporates spinal energetics. Now spinal energetics [00:30:00] is another energy based modality. Again, it works via zoom. You do not have to be in person. In fact, all my clients are via zoom.
And the premise behind spinal energetics is we all have innate intelligence. It's what I talked about before that kicked into gear to protect us at different times in our life. And when I say protect us, it didn't have to be something dramatic. It may be for you, but it could be in small ways too. But it's still alive in our system and that exact innate intelligence that protected us, we can actually work with that innate intelligence and show it that it is now safe.
To unwind. It's now safe to unwind. Whatever that story is, whatever that emotion is, whatever that memory is, even it's an, even if it's an unconscious memory, it's now safe to unwind that, And the, the effects are crazy on people's lives. Some it is, you know, physical changes in the body. For like, for instance, a chronic pain that is, that is being released from [00:31:00] people's bodies because again, if it's physical, it's also somewhere in an energetic level in in your energetic field as well.
For some, it's less resistance where they had resistance before. So this can play out massively in business or in like a social media perspective. If someone is wanting to make big decisions in their business or in their life or in their career or on social media, but they've constantly run into resistance.
This is the kind of work that helps to unwind that resistance and their capacity is then increased. 'cause that's what it's all about. It's about increasing your capacity. It's not about resting more. It's not about go and have a sleep. I'm not gonna sit here and say, go and have a nap. Or just have a nap.
Like, let's not be so freaking condescending. No, it's about increasing our capacity when we actually get to the root cause of what is underneath. Our symptoms, right? That is all eventually released from our body. I don't like to use that word, but that is what is happening. It is unwinding. It is unraveling.
Then that clears up more space to be able to [00:32:00] handle more. That's when conversations that used to trigger you, no longer trigger you. That's when things in your business, in your career or as a parent that used to flip you off now no longer flip you off. You have more capacity. That's what it's all about.
I know this firsthand because I have been doing this work in different modalities for the last few years. It's been profound for me. So this is different 'cause this is recalibration at a nervous system level, at a body-based, emotional, mental, spiritual, energetic layer, all the layers, and it's about increasing your capacity.
It hits our innate intelligence. So I just wanna read out a couple of testimonials from previous clients that I've worked with before. I'm just gonna read this off my screen. So, I've got a male and a female testimonial that I wanna use. I have a lot more than that, but I just wanna give one example from a male and one from a female. So the male, um, I'm not gonna use his name, but he is, he was, was an entrepreneur and also an investor.
So he, this is [00:33:00] what he said. So I worked with him for six sessions. Right using one of the modalities that we use in calibrated as F. He said, Holly, in my opinion, has a very unique gift when it comes to working with people to get to the root cause of these trapped emotions. I'm a highly rational male and entered this with a fair bit of healthy skepticism.
I was quite surprised with what came up for me and the ease at which Holly was able to guide me through these journeys. She's good at what she does and can tell she has a genuine passion for this. She's calm and understanding and having now experienced it all myself, I do truly recommend someone that is feeling drawn to this to give it a go.
You're in good hands with Holly. I sought out this work with Holly mostly around feeling anxiety or uneasy as well as very poor sleep. there were a few impactful moments, first session being taken back to such a young age and crying so uncontrollably was quite eye eye-opening for me.
Knowing that everything you had talked about online with trapped emotions in the body was clearly correct, and I [00:34:00] won't read the rest of it. But then we've got a female who I worked with Hannah, she's a service-based business owner, by the way, with Hannah. She was also navigating a pretty major breakup with also, she did not change her diet or her training at all, but just from doing this work, this was the only change in her life.
She also dropped seven and a half kilos. Purely from recalibrating her internal world. This work is profound. She said. I came in pretty anxious, stressed, and overwhelmed. After just six sessions, every area of my life, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual, had shifted. I'm not the same person. I finally feel free from my past.
I didn't change my routine. The weight loss wasn't the goal, but it was the result of no longer carrying what didn't. Belonged to me. She came to me telling me that her anxiety levels were like a 10 out of 10, like 10 being horrendous. By the end, she rated them zero out of 10, she said stress was 10 out of 10.
After six sessions, she [00:35:00] rated it three out of 10. Like these are drastic changes.
this work, honestly, and that's just two examples, is really, really profound. It's actually quite crazy. now with the spinal energetics, I know the videos on my holy wild account can be quite jolting for some people. 'cause if you're not used to seeing energy work, you're like, what the crap's going on? So I just wanna quickly address this. I am very particular with energy work, with who I train with and with the modality itself.
So I personally am not open to the spiritual world. Like I consider myself a spiritual individual, but I don't call in anything. I don't, I've never done like a seance. I'm not into witchcraft. I've never, I don't even sage Room, like, I'm just like, I'm not open to the spiritual world. I don't believe that it can affect me.
Like that's how much I'm, like, I, I'm just not open to it. I have never even been, for instance, nothing against them, but I've never even been to a psychic. 'cause part of me is like, well, I determine my destiny. Like I'm even just, yeah, I get a little bit iffy with [00:36:00] with some things out there, especially in the new age movement.
So with this work, and I'm just gonna show you one example of a video. Let me just bring it up. So just for instance here, and for those that can't see this on the screen, this is someone via Zoom. This is a client of mine via Zoom. She's laying down in her own room in a different state of Australia, by the way. She's got her eyes closed. I'm just gonna play it again. So my finger is in my room, right in my house in Western Australia.
That's via Zoom, that's via computer screen. So I'm not adding anything. I'm not taking anything. There's no witchcraft. There's no voodoo. It's nothing like that. I'm literally connecting with her innate intelligence. She has no idea where I'm working on her body, where I'm focused, but I'm. Drawn to parts of her body based off things she's said.
And also based off my intuition, which has been sharpened massively through policing and then also through studying different modalities. I've quite a strong intuition and I can tell where in the body things are being held. So in this particular [00:37:00] instance, it was her throat area and which is to do with, you know, expression, but it can also show up in different physical symptoms, right?
So if you tell me of a physical symptom that you are experiencing, I know where in the body you're likely storing things. From an unconscious level. So with this work, I'm connecting with her innate intelligence. And if you're listening to this just on audio, I encourage you to go watch the video YouTube so you can see what I'm talking about.
But I'm connecting with her innate intelligence. And then what is happening is her body is unraveling, her body is unwinding what was stored because the very same innate intelligence that protected you at some point in your life can then also come to a place of ease, come to a place of stillness.
Here's another one with the same client. Again, she does not know where on her body I'm focused, where I'm working. She has no idea I could be down at her feet for all she knows, but her body is responding because I'm connected to her innate intelligence. With her innate wisdom. I'll just try and find one more. This one was really cool actually. If you [00:38:00] can see here, I was drawn to her hip area, by the way. I had her permission to record these. I don't record clients, but. I was drawn to her hip area, and then you'll see in a second I come around to the top, see how her body responds again. She has no idea where I'm working.
Her body responded. I'm gonna play that one more time. So I'm drawn to her hip area, I'm focused on her hip area. There is a response from her body, and then I come up to the top of her head and what I'm doing is I'm connecting again with her innate intelligence and I'm teaching it. It's safe. I'm not doing this by the way, it's your body doing this.
I'm just connecting with it and creating the environment. For this to happen, right? So I'm not adding to your body. I'm not taking away, I'm not a healer. I don't call myself that. I'm not. It's nothing like that. This is literally a biological and an energetic level that is being tapped into here, and what comes from that?
Everything your body's recalibrating, your nervous system is recalibrating. So we've talked [00:39:00] enough about it. This is calibrated as fuck. It is structured. There is method to the madness. Each session focuses on different things and they're repeated. So as I said, we do timeline therapy, we do spinal energetics.
There is a coaching element to it. It's you and me, baby, 12 weeks, men and women worldwide. If you can make the time zone work for yourself. Yeah, capacity for five people. The first three get it half price, which also includes WhatsApp support Monday to Friday.
That is 12 one-on-one sessions with me. Some are 45 minutes, some go for an hour and a half depending on where we are in the 12 weeks. And Monday to Friday WhatsApp support. It is an effing still.
If I do say my so myself, so I am gonna have all the information in the show notes. It is as of the time that this goes live cart is open. And what I mean by that is you have to apply. So by application, there is an application form. I'll link it in the show notes if you are keen. If you're like, oh my God, this is me, I need this, then I wanna work with you.
If you resonated with what I said, I wanna work with you. I'm [00:40:00] here for you. Again, it's by application purely so that I can make sure that we are the right fit. I don't just want to work with everybody. I wanna make sure you are the right fit, fit for this so that you get the most out of it. And so that we have the most amazing time together over the 12 weeks.
'cause it is intimate. I'm gonna really get to know you. You're gonna really get to be in an intimate container with me, so link will be in the show notes. First three, get a half price, and then it goes to full price. Once I submit capacity, I will. It'll be on my social media. But on that note, actually, if you don't follow me on my Holly Wild account, that's also linked in the show notes.
If you're watching this on YouTube, I'll have it linked below. Come and follow me. That is where I put all of my nervous system work, right? So I keep it separate from the podcast. I have my podcast social media page on Instagram, but I also have my Holly Wild one. Make sure you're following me on the Holly Wild one.
As any updates, you know, as I go along, any testimonials that I'll share, it'll all be there for you to see. I love your guts. I think I've said enough. Apply if this resonates. I'm keen to see application. [00:41:00] If you have any questions, please let me know. I just wanna make it clear this is not talk therapy. Of course, there is a small component of that we talk, right. But as you saw in the spinal energetics, she's laying there completely silent. You don't talk during the spinal energetics component of it, and your body knows what to do.
So that's what I love about this. Yes, there is an element where we talk, but it's strategic. We're not just spiraling in stories. So. If you have any questions, reach out to me, let me know. 'cause other people probably have the exact same questions as well. I'm so pumped to get this work out into the world.
And yeah, I love your guts. We'll chat next week, legend. Bye.
