Sessions run weekly for 12 consecutive weeks, alternating between 45-minute and 90-minute sessions mostly. All sessions are conducted via Zoom. I currently take clients every Tuesday and Wednesday between 9am-2pm AWST (I live in Perth, Western Australia). You'll need to commit to weekly sessions for the full 12 weeks.

None at all. There are no exercises or assignments between sessions. This work happens entirely during our sessions. Things may naturally come up for you to process between sessions as your system recalibrates - that's what the WhatsApp support is for. But I don't add anything to your already full plate.

This isn't talk therapy where you rehash stories week after week. It's not traditional coaching with endless action plans and accountability check-ins. While we'll absolutely achieve your desired outcomes (better sleep, reduced anxiousness, etc.), we do it by addressing the root cause directly. This is precision nervous system work that gets to what your conscious mind can't access, rather than just managing symptoms or behaviours.

No. We don't need to excavate every painful detail. We work with what's relevant, get to the root, and move on - no dwelling or spiraling.

Absolutely. This work complements your existing health practices. You can continue your training, nutrition, and other protocols - in fact, many clients find that those practices become more effective once their nervous system is recalibrated.

Many clients notice shifts after the second session in particular (the first root cause timeline session), which happens in week 2. The work builds progressively over the 12 weeks, with each session building on the previous ones. This isn't a quick fix, but it's not a slow, vague process either.

Life happens. If you need to reschedule occasionally, we'll work to find an alternative time that week. However, consistency is important for this work, so you should be able to commit to the weekly sessions for the 12 weeks.
