Everyone describes you as calm, grounded and capable. Your jaw tells a different story.
From the outside, they look like completely different problems.
I’m not convinced they are.
What This Is
Most women arrive believing they know what they’re here for.
Their health feels like it’s falling apart. Their relationship feels harder than it should. Their business is successful on paper, but they constantly feel like they’re one bad week away from burning it all to the ground.
That makes perfect sense, because those are the places life is asking the loudest questions.
The question I’m asking is different.
Most approaches ask, “How do we change this?”
I’m asking, “Why does your body still believe this is necessary?”
Because where something is expressing itself isn’t necessarily where your body first organised around it.
If that’s true, it changes the conversation completely.
Instead of trying to solve every place the pattern appears, we can start exploring what your body might still be organising underneath all of them.
Because if your body no longer needs to carry something that’s already over, why would our goal be to simply help you carry it more comfortably?

I built it after years of noticing something I couldn’t ignore. Women arrived with different lives, different symptoms and different reasons for booking, yet their bodies often kept pointing towards the same underlying protective strategies.
BodyIntel™ exists because I stopped believing that your body could ever be understood separately from the life you build around it.
Your body adapted intelligently.
And your life can unknowingly keep asking it to do the same job.

One of the biggest things my years in policing taught me was this: the place something is discovered isn’t always the place the story began.

Long before I ever worked with nervous systems, I was trained to investigate.
In policing, I learnt that one clue never tells the story. What matters is whether every independent piece of information keeps pointing in the same direction.
That way of seeing never left me.
Today, I bring that same forensic lens to your body.
Yes, intuition plays a role, but intuition without observation can become projection.
So I’m paying attention to everything your body keeps revealing.
Does what I’m noticing through your posture fit with the way you’re breathing?
Does that line up with the way your body compensates?
Does it make sense alongside the places your body protects, the places it avoids, the way your voice changes, the information you’ve shared and the way your system responds as the session unfolds?
Your body is never communicating through one thing; it’s communicating through all of it.
That’s the language I was trained to recognise.
