The Process

    2 Clients 2 tables

    There are 2 bookings available for each time slot. Book together with a friend or family member, or come solo, knowing there’ll be another client at the same time.

    I’ll meet you in the waiting room at your scheduled appointment time, and bring both you and the other scheduled client into the room together,

    25 minutes

    This isn’t a session for chatting, asking questions, or debriefing afterwards like your 1:1 sessions. This is approximately 20 minutes of active work with 5 minutes to settle, grab your things, and exit the room. It’s fast-paced as I move back and forth between both clients

    Settle afterwards

    You're welcome to take your time in the waiting room after your session to chill, drink some water and take that extra time needed to “come back to earth”, as I call it. Or some clients love to retreat to their own space in their car and just take 10 minutes to let everything settle.
