Important Terms & Conditions-Service Agreement

Last updated: 2026

By booking or purchasing any session, package, or service with Hollie Wild LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Where payment plans are offered, all instalments must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Missed payments may result in suspension of future sessions until the account is resolved.

  • Sessions and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the named client.

  • All purchases are non-refundable.

  • If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients.

  • If Hollie Wild LLC needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, technical issues, relocation, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances, your session will be moved to the next suitable available time.

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Clients agree to first attempt good-faith resolution directly with Hollie Wild LLC regarding any billing or payment concerns prior to initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes through any bank, credit card provider, financial institution, or payment processor.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services, attending sessions, accessing session materials, or partially completing a session package constitutes material breach of this agreement.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated after services have been delivered, accessed, scheduled, or partially fulfilled, Hollie Wild LLC reserves the right to:

▸ Immediately suspend or terminate all current and future services

▸ Revoke access to remaining sessions, packages, materials, or bookings

▸ Refuse all future bookings or participation

▸ Provide signed agreements, booking confirmations, attendance records, communication records, and relevant documentation to the financial institution or payment provider involved in the dispute

▸ Pursue recovery of outstanding balances, fees, or associated costs where permitted under applicable law

Nothing within this clause limits the legal rights or remedies available to Hollie Wild LLC under applicable law.

CLIENT Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for arriving in a suitable state to participate in sessions safely and appropriately.

  • Please communicate openly during sessions if anything feels uncomfortable, overwhelming, or unclear.

  • Clients are also responsible for disclosing any relevant medical, physical, psychological, neurological, or emotional information that may affect participation in the work.

  • If at any time Hollie Wild LLC believes a session is not appropriate, safe, or within professional scope, Hollie Wild LLC reserves the right to pause, modify, postpone, or decline the session.

What to Expect

  • Every body responds differently.

  • Sessions are observational, body-led, and responsive to the individual in real time. Experiences during and after sessions vary from person to person.

  • Some clients notice shifts immediately, while others become aware of changes more gradually over time through sleep, tension patterns, emotional responses, stress levels, energy, or daily functioning.

  • Responses may include temporary fatigue, soreness, emotional sensitivity, physical sensations, increased awareness of tension, or periods of feeling more inward or reflective following a session.

  • No specific outcomes or responses are guaranteed or expected.

  • In-person sessions may involve gentle physical contact around areas such as the feet, Achilles tendons, legs, hips, sacrum, coccyx, spine, shoulders, neck, or head.

  • All touch is respectful, non-invasive, professionally appropriate, and guided by client consent and body-led pacing. Clients may withdraw consent to touch at any time.

Hollie Wild LLC brings a background in law enforcement, nervous system work, and field-based observation, with an emphasis on professionalism, client autonomy, safety, and appropriate pacing.

Possible POST-SESSION RESPONSES

▸ Changes in sleep, dreams, digestion, or temperature perception
▸ Feeling more inward, reflective, or emotionally unsettled for a period of time

These responses are not necessarily cause for concern, however clients are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or psychological support if symptoms become severe, prolonged, or distressing.
