YOUR BODY
SPEAKS
™
Your body already knows what to do.
I know how to read it.
Important: All new clients begin with a mandatory 3-session case-opening pack. Accurate pattern recognition happens through consistency, not one-off sessions.
One of the biggest things my years in policing taught me was this…
The place something is discovered isn’t always the place the story began.
That’s just as true in my work today.
If you come to me because of chronic pain, there’s a good chance we won’t spend much time focused on the pain itself.
If you come to me because your relationship is falling apart, there’s a good chance we won’t spend much time talking about your relationship.
So where do we begin?
We begin by following what your body is showing us, because it often tells a very different story than the place that’s hurting the loudest.
Because where something is expressing itself isn’t necessarily where it started.
Your body can carry something long after your life has moved on.
You can be living in a different city, married to a different person, surrounded by different people, running a successful business and be years removed from whatever originally happened…
…while your body’s still carrying something that’s already over.
If your body no longer needs to hold it, why would our goal be to simply help you carry it more comfortably?
What if they were never five separate problems?
Most women end up trying to solve their lives one category at a time.
They see one person for their health, another for their relationship, another for their anxiety, another for the way they keep sabotaging themselves in business and someone else to help them understand why they spend money the second it lands in their account.
From the outside, that makes sense…
But what if your body was never treating them as five separate problems to begin with?
What if they were all different ways the same stress response had been expressing itself?
Because if that’s true, it changes the question completely.
Instead of trying to solve five different expressions of the problem, we can start exploring what’s organising them underneath.
That’s why I don’t automatically follow the place that’s hurting the loudest.
Wouldn’t it make more sense to explore the place they’re all being influenced from, rather than spending years trying to solve each one independently?
It rarely stays in one place.
You spend more on your health than most people spend on a car, then double down on control, meal plans, routines, and routines for your routines, trying to feel safe again.
You wake between 2 and 4am, even though you’re exhausted, stretch your jaw at red lights without even realising you’re doing it and wonder why your body still feels like it’s standing guard when your life no longer requires it.
You react to your partner, your friend or your mother-in-law and, half the time, it isn’t actually them your body’s responding to. It’s responding to a version of life that’s already over.
You become so capable at carrying everything that receiving now feels unnatural, then wonder why resentment quietly builds underneath the version of you everyone describes as “so grounded.”
You leave before it gets too close because your system still expects closeness to cost you something, then tell yourself you just haven’t met the right person yet.
You’re the healthiest woman everyone knows and the most quietly exhausted…
Your diagnosis list reads like a résumé of adaptation…
…IBS, endometriosis, PCOS, alopecia, autoimmune issues, anxiety… names for the ways your body learnt to carry stress long after it no longer needed to.
You say what you really think, then soften it with a “haha,” an xx or a ❤️ before pressing send because your body still feels responsible for keeping the room safe.
From the outside, they look like completely different problems.
I’m interested in whether they’re actually different ways your body has been carrying the same thing.
WHAT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING
Your body isn’t trying to make your life harder. It’s trying to protect you in the best way it knows how.
The problem is, your body doesn’t automatically know when a chapter of your life is over. It only knows what it once learnt it needed to carry.
That’s why I have so much respect for your body. I’m never trying to fight it, override it or force it to change. I’m trying to understand why it still believes that response is necessary.
Because once your body no longer needs to keep protecting something that’s already over, it already knows what to do.
What am I actually looking for?
You might arrive because of chronic pain, an autoimmune condition, anxiety, a relationship that’s falling apart, a business you’re about to burn to the ground or a body that hasn’t properly relaxed in years.
You probably won’t arrive thinking, “I’m here because of the protective strategy my body organised itself around.”
But that’s exactly what I’m interested in.
I’m not working on your symptoms, your relationship, or even on regulating your nervous system.
I’m interested in understanding why your body still believes it needs the protective strategy that shaped all those experiences in the first place.
That’s a very different question.
Because once you stop treating every expression as a separate problem, you can begin exploring the level that’s organising all of them.
I find the cold case. Your system closes it.
Your body’s been leaving clues the whole time.
Through your posture, breath, movement, achilles tension, compensation patterns, the places it protects and the places it avoids.
None of it’s random.
That’s the information I’m reading in a session.
Because your body already knows what to do, and I know how to read it.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK?
No spending half your session telling me things you could’ve already written down.
You’ll complete a detailed intake form as part of the booking process so I can gather the information that makes sense to collect before we meet.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive your welcome information, including your welcome video, appointment instructions and anything you need to know before your session.
When we meet, I begin observing immediately. In-person sessions will include posture and leg length checks, Achilles tension and other body markers. Online sessions rely on breath, movement, language patterns and the information already gathered through your intake.
From there, your body leads and I follow. I’m not randomly choosing where to work, and I’m not forcing your body to go somewhere it isn’t ready to go.
Every session looks slightly different because every body is different.
The common thread is this:
Your body already knows what to do, and I know how to read it.
WHEN your body
NO LONGER has TO
carry what’s over…
No outcome is promised, because every body is different.
But when your body no longer needs to keep organising itself around something that’s already over, women often notice changes in places they never expected.
Some of the most common are below.
-
You stop spending twenty minutes working out how to tell your husband something that probably only needed twenty seconds.
Your partner walks through the front door in a mood and, for once, your body doesn’t immediately start wondering whether you’ve done something wrong.
Your mother-in-law says the thing she always says, but it doesn’t sit in your body for the next three days.
You stop apologising to waitresses for sending your meal back when it’s cold.
You realise you’ve stopped replaying conversations in the shower, rewriting arguments in the car or lying in bed wondering what you should’ve said instead.
You notice you’re actually listening during conversations instead of quietly preparing your defence while the other person is still talking.
One day it hits you and you realise it was never really about your partner.
Your relationship was one of the places your body had been expressing something it no longer needed to carry.
-
You stop buying things because your day felt heavy, then feeling guilty about it the second the excitement wears off.
You stop opening Amazon, Sephora or booking another session with someone because something inside you suddenly needs relief.
You transfer money into savings… then leave it there.
You have your biggest month in business, and instead of immediately wondering when it’s all going to disappear, you actually let yourself enjoy it.
You stop refreshing Stripe every ten minutes looking for a feeling that was never hiding inside the next payment notification.
You put your prices up without spending the next three days wondering whether everyone’s secretly angry at you.
You stop saying yes to clients you already know you don’t want to work with, just because your body suddenly feels calmer seeing another invoice land.
You notice yourself buying something because you genuinely want it, not because you’re trying to change how today feels.
Looking back, you realise it was never really about the spending, the saving or the business.
Those were simply some of the places your body had been expressing something much deeper.
-
You stop typing the message, deleting it, rewriting it and wondering whether it sounds too much before pressing send.
You stop adding a “haha”, an “xx” or a ❤️ to soften something that never needed softening in the first place.
You stop turning a two-sentence boundary into five paragraphs because you’re trying to manage how the other person might feel when they read it.
You stop changing your opinion depending on who you’re talking to, then wondering afterwards what you actually think.
You stop apologising before asking a question, taking up space or saying no.
You stop rehearsing conversations in the shower, in the car or lying in bed before they’ve even happened.
You realise you can disappoint someone without feeling responsible for fixing how they feel about it afterwards.
One day it hits you that it was never really about confidence.
Your voice was simply one of the places your body had been expressing a protective strategy it no longer needed to carry.
-
You realise you’ve driven all the way home without catching yourself clenching your jaw at a single red light.
You wake up and, for the first time in years, you don’t immediately start scanning your body to work out what hurts today.
You stop spending every spare moment researching the next supplement, protocol or practitioner because your body no longer feels like a full-time project you have to manage.
You sleep through the night and only realise it because you catch yourself looking at the clock in the morning instead of at 2:47am.
You notice yourself sitting on the couch with a cup of tea without feeling like you should be getting up to do something.
You realise you’ve gone an entire afternoon without your body feeling like it’s standing guard.
You stop being the healthiest woman everyone knows and the most quietly exhausted.
Then it hits you that it was never really about your jaw, your gut, your hormones or the symptom that first brought you here.
Those were simply some of the places your body had been expressing a protective strategy it no longer needed to carry
WHAT this REQUIRES
Your body can stop carrying a protective strategy it no longer needs.
That doesn’t mean you automatically choose different relationships, different boundaries or different standards.
Those are still yours to choose.
This work isn’t about outsourcing your life to me. It’s about removing one of the biggest things that may have been quietly pulling against it.
Your body might stop responding to a chapter that’s already over, but you still get to decide what chapter you write next.
That’s why this isn’t coaching, but it does require participation.
You still choose who you spend time with and what you tolerate. You still choose the conversations you have, the standards you hold, the boundaries you set and the life you continue building afterwards.
Because your body can stop carrying something that’s already over…
…while your life still keeps handing it the same job.
That’s why this work isn’t about rescue.
It’s about creating the conditions for your body to stop carrying what no longer belongs to it, so your choices become a reflection of who you are now, not who your body once needed you to be.
Your body can stop carrying the old job, but your life can keep rehiring it.
-
Long before I ever worked with nervous systems, I was trained to investigate.
One of the biggest things policing taught me was that you don’t build a conclusion from one clue. You build it by asking whether everything you’re seeing keeps pointing in the same direction.
That way of thinking never left me.
It’s how I approach your body today.
Yes, intuition plays a role, and I’d be lying if I pretended it didn’t.
But intuition without observation can become projection.
My work isn’t built on what I think your body is saying. It’s built on what your body keeps revealing, again and again, through multiple forms of information.
I’m constantly asking myself:
Does what I’m see through your posture make sense alongside the way you’re breathing?
Does that line up with the way your body compensates?
Does it fit with the places your body protects, the places it avoids, the information you’ve shared in your intake and the way your system responds as the session unfolds?
When independent pieces of information keep pointing in the same direction, I stop looking at isolated symptoms and start recognising the protective strategy your body organised around in the first place.
-
Policing taught me how to investigate.
Training in Integral Energetics, Spinal Energetics and energy medicine taught me different ways of understanding the body.
Then hundreds of hours working with real women refined all of it.
Over time, my work became less about applying a modality and more about recognising a language; the way your body communicates through tension, movement, breath, touch, the field around your body and the countless subtle shifts most people overlook.
Your Body Speaks™ wasn’t built by borrowing someone else’s framework and applying it to every woman who walked through the door.
It emerged by following what real bodies consistently revealed until a very different way of working began to take shape.
Your body leads.
I follow.
This isn’t about trying to make something happen.
Your body doesn’t need to cry, shake, relive the past or have a dramatic experience for a session to be meaningful, and it doesn’t need to perform distress to prove something shifted.
Some sessions are obvious.
Some are incredibly quiet.
Neither tells you more than the other.
I’m interested in what your body is genuinely revealing, not what it performs.
WHAT this isn’t
This isn’t therapy
You don’t need to retell your story, analyse your childhood or perfectly explain your emotions before your body can communicate what it’s been carrying.
Your body’s already communicating.
I’m simply listening to a different language.
And this isn’t dependency
I’m not interested in becoming the person you need forever, and I’m not interested in becoming the authority over your life.
Your body already knows what to do.
My role is to help create the conditions for it to stop organising around what it no longer needs to carry, so you can go and participate more fully in your own life.

- Renae O’Neill, Life & Business Coach
“experiencing her work was next level. She was able to pick up on past experiences and trauma I’ve held onto and not just emotionally, but physically. She even pinpointed exactly where it was stored in my body.”
- Breanna May, Mindset Coach & CEO of The Mind School
“It's kind of hard to articulate what Hollie does but after…I just felt different.
I went to the session being challenged by a really rough TTC journey and knowing I was holding a lot with that and running my company. Throughout the session, my dog came and sat right on my womb until it was over, I cried knowing he felt the energy moving.
The next day, and week, I felt so grounded, yet sharp and focused. I can't recommend Hollie enough, as one of the most skilled and conscious coaches I've come across.”

- Carly Evans, Coach
“I've had two sessions now with Hollie and both were amazing and extremely different from each other! I've experienced chronic pain throughout my back and neck for longer than I can remember and was excited to hear about this technique from my coach, who highly recommended Hollie.
Hollie made me feel extremely comfortable during our sessions, we got on instantly and I love her vibe. She explained everything well prior to the first session. Instantly when she started the first session I felt huge amounts of energy rushing down my body and this continued throughout the session".”
- Georgie, Yoga Teacher
I've had multiple online sessions with Hollie, and each one has been a unique yet powerful experience that's supported me through some significant life changes. Her approach is deeply authentic, creating a safe space that allowed me to fully open up to the potential of each session.
Since working with her, I've been able to release persistent limiting beliefs, particularly around my professional life, and remarkably, this emotional work coincided with a physical release of long-held tension in my upper thoracic region. If you're seeking a practitioner who genuinely walks her talk, Hollie does precisely that.”

What happens in a session?
Every session is different because every body is different.
While you’ll spend most of the session lying down, this isn’t something being done to you while you passively receive it. Your participation matters.
I often describe it as a collaboration between your body’s intelligence and my ability to read and respond to what it’s showing us.
For in-person sessions, this includes physically working with different areas of the body. I’ll often assess things like posture, leg length, Achilles tension and how your body is organising tension patterns. Throughout the session, I may gently place my hands on different areas of the body, including areas such as the feet, ankles, spine, sacrum, coccyx, neck or other locations your body is directing attention towards.
There are no forceful manipulations, chiropractic-style adjustments or manual corrections. If I need you to move, reposition, tuck your chin, adjust your breathing or change position, I’ll simply guide you through it.
You’ll also notice that I’m not talking the entire session. Once we move into the active part of the work, there will usually be music playing and much of my attention is focused on observing and responding to what your body is communicating in real time.
You may also notice me working slightly above the body at times. This is part of how I work with the field and energetic aspects of the system. There is nothing performative about it, no rituals, chanting, or anything you need to believe in for the session to work. It’s simply part of the observational process I use when working with the body as a whole system.
You don’t need to force anything, perform anything, or manufacture an experience. But you do need to lean into what’s arising when your body begins communicating.
Sometimes that looks like movement. Sometimes emotion. Sometimes memories, sensations, warmth, stillness, discomfort, relief, laughter, tears, or a deep breath that feels like it came from somewhere you didn’t know you were holding.
Sometimes it feels incredibly obvious. Sometimes it’s subtle.
Neither is better than the other.
-
Yes.
This work isn’t dependent on touch. It’s based on observation; reading how your system communicates in real time through breath, tension, movement, stillness and the subtle shifts most people overlook.
That’s why online sessions can be just as effective as in-person.
Your body doesn’t need to be pushed, managed or physically manipulated to respond. It already knows what to do once it no longer has to keep organising around the same old patterns, regardless of location.
-
No.
The intake process acts as much of the consultation.
As part of the booking process, you'll complete a detailed intake form before confirming your booking. I've designed it to give me a broad understanding of your history, current challenges, recurring patterns, and any relevant context before we ever step into a session together.
The reason I do it this way is simple: I'd rather spend your session time doing the work than spending most of it gathering information that could have been collected beforehand.
That doesn't mean we won't talk. We absolutely will. I'll often ask questions throughout a session if I want more clarity around something I'm seeing, feeling, or noticing. But because I've already reviewed your intake form beforehand, we can get into the work much sooner instead of spending the first half of the session playing catch-up.
Whether you're seeing me online or in person, this gives me a strong starting point before your body starts telling us the rest.
-
It's probably one of the most common questions I get asked.
I also think it's built on an assumption that doesn't always fit this kind of work.
It's a bit like asking, "How many gym sessions until I'm done?" or "How many conversations until my marriage is complete?"
Life doesn't really work like that.
Every woman is different, so there isn't a number I'm trying to get you to.
This work isn't linear, and it isn't something I can accurately predict from the outset because we're not following a protocol.
We're following your body.
Some women move through things quite quickly.
Others find the work unfolds over months as different protective patterns become visible over time.
Sometimes sessions are closer together.
Sometimes they're further apart.
Sometimes life itself becomes the integration, and there's a period where you simply go and participate in your life before feeling naturally pulled back into another session.
That's why I don't make promises around "how many sessions."
I'd rather be honest.
This isn't about ticking boxes until you're "finished."
It's about meeting your body where it is, working with what's genuinely presenting and allowing that unfolding to guide the pace.
Some women see me weekly for a period of time.
Some monthly.
Some take longer breaks.
There isn't a right rhythm.
There is only the rhythm that's right for you.
-
Any of it is normal.
Tears, movement, warmth, stillness, emotion, or nothing noticeable at all, your body responds in the way that makes the most sense for what it’s been carrying.
None of it is performance, and none of it determines whether the session “worked.”
Your system doesn’t perform. It responds.
This work isn’t built around catharsis or intensity. Sometimes the shifts are obvious in the moment. Sometimes they unfold quietly afterwards in the way you rest, react, speak or move through life.
Stillness can be as honest as movement. Silence can say more than release.
-
Neither.
I’m not interested in helping your body temporarily feel better, and I’m not interested in simply helping you understand your patterns.
I’m interested in understanding why your body still believes it needs the protective strategy it’s organised around in the first place.
Because if your body no longer needs to carry something that’s already over, why would my goal be to simply help you carry it more comfortably?
That’s a very different conversation.
-
My business operates from LiveFit Wellness Suites 7261 South Broadway, Littleton, CO 80122.
It’s a health, wellness and fitness space with a shared waiting room for you to relax in prior to your session.
There’s also a large car park for your convenience.
-
Your body is constantly responding to far more than conscious thought alone.
Throughout a session I’m observing the information your body is already providing through movement, posture, breath, tension, compensation patterns, touch and the way your system responds in real time.
Nothing is forced.
Your body sets the pace.
My role is to follow what it keeps revealing.
-
The honest answer is, it probably won’t look the way you expect.
A lot of people imagine change as a dramatic moment where everything suddenly feels different.
Sometimes that happens.
Often it doesn’t.
Sometimes you’ll simply realise you’ve responded differently in a situation that would’ve once completely taken you out.
Sometimes you’ll notice you didn’t spend the drive home replaying a conversation.
Or that you said no without your stomach dropping first.
Or that you slept through the night and only realised because you looked at the clock in the morning instead of at 2:47am.
Or that your partner said the thing they always say… and your body didn’t respond the way it always has.
Those moments are often easy to miss because they feel so ordinary.
Until one day you realise they used to be impossible.
Every body is different, so I can’t promise what you’ll notice first.
I can only tell you that when your body no longer needs to keep organising around something that’s already over, life often begins reflecting that in ways that are deeply personal to you.
Don’t go looking for magic. Go looking for different.
-
Yes.
Go and live your life.
I’m serious.
You don’t need to spend hours analysing your session, trying to work out what every sensation meant or wondering whether you “did it right.”
Your job isn’t to manufacture an outcome.
It’s to participate in your life.
Some women notice changes immediately.
Others notice them quietly over the days and weeks that follow.
Maybe you respond differently in a conversation that would’ve once consumed you.
Maybe you catch yourself making a different decision without thinking about it.
Maybe you realise something that used to feel automatic… simply doesn’t anymore.
You don’t need to force change.
You don’t need to perform integration.
You don’t need to become an expert in your session.
Just keep participating in your life.
That’s usually where women begin noticing what their body no longer needs to carry.

“Leading up to my first YBS session, I was feeling tension and stored trauma in my body. I was tightly wound with an Inability to be still without being stimulated…
“but during the session, I was surprised to actually feel sensations in my body. I can’t quite explain it.
Since my sessions I’ve been super chill and unwound, like literally my body was unwinding through the session. I’ve had returned memories. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever tried before, and Hollie is AMAZINGLY INTUITIVE.
