The next few days can feel quiet, emotional, flat, expansive, heavy, clear, or nothing at all.

None of it’s a problem. None of it needs analysing.

Integration isn’t something you perform.

  • You don't need to journal for three hours, work out what everything means or turn every sensation into a message.

    Some things will stay.
    Some things will pass.

    Let them.

  • Language matters here.
    Pay attention to how quickly we claim something as part of who we are.

    "My anxiety."
    "My pain."
    "My overwhelm."
    "My pattern."

    Your body may already be reorganising its relationship to some of those things.

  • This is where responsibility sharpens.
    Not through control. Through awareness.

The session opens the door. What you repeatedly feed, reinforce and identify with afterwards plays a role in what stays.
