The concept of the hero and the villain both coming from similar upbringing stories (trauma!) but how the villain is still a victim of their pain today and the hero has alchemised it got my attention a couple of months ago as I can see us having both reside within us.
We all have the villain and the hero within us. In Human Design this is spoken about as living from the lower and higher frequencies.
The villain is the part that is the victim of their circumstances, a victim of pain. Whereas the hero uses the pain to alchemise it into a gift of service to others.
Tune in this week as I discuss why I don't see the villain as negative or that we should suppress and hide the parts of ourselves that we don't like.
While also addressing where we may be continually living from lower expressions and from the mindset of being a victim of everything in our lives.
